Rob Silberman earned his Ph.D. in English Literature at Columbia University, and has worked as professor of art history at the University of Minnesota since 1981. A recipient of numerous awards for writing, his essays have appeared in magazines such as Afterimage and Art in America, he has also co-authored a photodocumentary book titled Morgan Park: Continuity and Change in a Company Toron. 

Roland Dille currently holds the title President Emeritus after 26 years as president of Moorhead State University. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota and taught English for several years at Moorhead State before becoming its president. He has published dozens of articles about literature, education, and local history, and has also edited a book called Four Romantic Poets. 

Jane Ahlin's essays have been published in regional magazines, including North Dakota Horizons. À past editorial commentator for Minnesota Public Radio and KDSU, she currently writes freelance editorials for The Forum in Fargo, North Dakota. She received her master's degree in liberal arts trom Moorhead State University, and has also taught English there as an adjunct faculty member.
